Shipping, pickup and returns.
We ship from Oakland, California, usually within two business days. Green coffee is shelf-stable, so nothing here is time-critical — but we still get it out fast.
Rates
Flat rate: $8.50 up to 5 lb, $12.50 to 15 lb, $18 to 30 lb, $24 to 70 lb. Free over $200.00. We charge actual-ish rates rather than marking up postage.
Carriers
USPS Priority Mail for parcels under 20 lb, UPS Ground above that. Tracking is emailed when the label is printed.
Local pickup
Porch pickup in Oakland (Tempest Ave) by appointment. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email a time window.
Returns
Unopened green coffee can come back within 14 days for a refund minus shipping. Opened lots: tell us what went wrong — we will usually replace it anyway, because a bad lot is our problem, not yours.
International
Not yet. Green coffee needs phytosanitary paperwork in most countries and we are not set up for it.
