From Royal’s floor to your roaster.
We are a small operation: one person buying, one person packing, and a spreadsheet that has strong opinions about lot numbers. Here is exactly what happens when you order.
01 — The list
Every lot on this site is a real bag sitting in the Royal Coffee warehouse in Oakland. We sync the list from their public spot feed and add our own notes, grades and prices. If a lot disappears upstream, it shows as sold out here within a day.
02 — The order
You order by the pound. Nothing is charged at checkout: we send an invoice with a card or ACH link, usually within a business day. Lots are held for 48 hours.
03 — The pack
We break the bag down to your weight on a scale accurate to 0.1 lb, seal it in a kraft bag with a liner, label it with the lot number and roast date field, and hand it to USPS or UPS.
04 — If something is wrong
Green coffee is an agricultural product and every bag is different. If a lot is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. We do not resell returned coffee.
